Many people are tempted by the diet pills or weight loss supplements. No matter it was secure or not, if the appearance and the advertising were convincing enough, then they just bought it. But did you know that there was no diet pill that was really effective? There are 5 active ingredients that are usually exist in diet pills or supplements. However, a study that shows the usage of pills that containing green tea extract is still has less effect and can not be directly inferred. “You can not just call it a good pill or not, until there is a large-scale studies that can prove it”.
