Eating Portions For Losing Weight
One of the most popular strategies for losing weight is to diet by reducing the frequency and the portion. While statistics show the high rates of failure for losing weight and many people are complained because their body weight are increase more than before doing this diet. Is there a connection?
Based on the experience (dietary adjustments), and maintain the level of body fat below 7% since 1994, I actually do the opposite that is: eat more often and with choosing the right food, I was also able to eat in large portion! The problem is that most of the food that available to us is the food with a small portion (volume), but has high calorie content.
The key here is to choose foods with a large portion but has low calorie content. And it is not a coincidence that this key also brings us to the fulfillment of important nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
