A person who wants to maintain a healthy weight doesn’t need to obsess about the consumption of fat in their food. The percentage of calories that someone derived from fat, opposites with protein and carbohydrates, doesn’t have a relationship with their body weight a few years further. It is more important to focus on lifestyle including healthy foods and regular healthy physical activity, rather than focus only on fat consumption as a weight enhancer factor.
Role of food that contains fat in obesity and weight gain is still a debate. Analysis that takes account several factors can’t found an association between weight gain with the amount of fat they consume and it didn’t have much influence.
