Diet That Supports Weight Loss

a. Twice a day Eat. At first you may feel hungry, but as the time gone by, you will get used to it. Try to take breakfast a little bit longer than it used to be (before brunch-breakfast lunch time), around 9.30-10.00 o’clock in the morning. After that it is guaranteed you still feel full at lunchtime. Stomach will feel hungry again at around 16.00-17.00. Well, it’s time for you to have “lunch”. After that, forget about dinner. Just chew fruit or vegetables when the stomach feels really hungry.
b. Avoid sugar. This is not too difficult, just change our mind set that bitter is better than sweet. Do not forget, there is also glucose content in the rice. Therefore, you should reduce the portion of rice in your lunch until half of it. It is suggested to drink juice without sugar and increased the consumption of water.

c. Drink a lot of water. Get used to drink water as soon as you wake up, as much as you can drink. Drink the water (not cold), first thing in the morning, will make your digestion to react. After that there will be pressure to run quickly to the bathroom.
