Fitness Bulking and Weight Loss
Bulking is a phase of increased weight loss until achieve above ideal weight loss that is desirable. Just eat lots of carbohydrates but not to reduce the intake of proteins. The percentage is approximately 40% carbohydrate, 40% protein and 20% healthy fats. Good bulking is the addition of great muscle mass (massive) but do not followed by the addition of fat.
Here are the tips of Bulking without excess fat:
• Bulking process does not mean eat as much as you want, so maintain your diet to add calories. Choose unsaturated fats, complex carbohydrates, fiber foods, and high-protein diet to keep your body in the anabolic process (build muscle).
• Keep away the menu that contains saturated fat and trans fat because it will disturb the balance of metabolism and inhibits muscle growth. Trans fats can be found in fried foods, biscuits, cakes and pastries.
• Consume fish because it is loaded with Omega-3 which is a good fat that needed by the body.
• Arrange the exercise with adequate rest. Exercise should take 6-8 reps with the conditions of failure (not able to lift anymore) in the last repetition. Adjust your load with your maximum ability for the maximum muscle growth.
• Drink plenty of water. Water can accelerate your metabolism, helping to carry the fat in the body so it doesn’t pile up in the body.
• Fulfill the intake of daily vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals will help your body to absorb the food properly so that food that is consumed will be absorbed properly. Vitamins are also useful to improve the immune system and perform the normal functions of the body.
