Lots of studies that indicate a positive correlation between tea consumption and weight loss. A recent study on 1210 people in Taiwan showed that those who have a habit of drinking a cup of tea or more in a week for six months have been experience decreased of body fat of 19.6%. Waist and hip size was decreased by 2.1% compared with those who did not drink tea. These results can be seen on people who drank tea regularly for 10 years.
