Here are the tips to lose weight: When you are having breakfast, you could choose food that has high fiber plus orange juice. If you like drinking tea, better to have green tea every day which can help you burn about more than 70 calories in a day. If you like to drink milk, you should not select the full cream milk. Please consume the low fat milk. Expand to drink water every day.

Many people can not distinguish between hunger and thirst. When you thought that you were hungry (although it is thirsty), you will consume food (which actually does not need to be consume). So, how do I differentiate between hunger and thirst? Drink a glass of water and wait for 10 minutes to see if you are still hungry.

If you do, then you are hungry. Limit the carbohydrates. High-protein food, such as fish, is the best option for dinner to control the body weight. This is because protein makes you full longer. If you want to consume carbohydrates, avoid the simple one, because it is more likely to be stored as fat rather than used as energy. Maybe that’s all about simple tips for your healthy diet.
