Weight LossGive me just one kind of powerful drug then I would be thin and beautiful like ‘Cinderella‘. Is it true? If indeed there is one kind of magic drug that makes people immediately become thin, it means that the percentage of patients with obesity and overweight problem in developed countries like USA, and Australia is 0%. Because the research centers and most of the drugs that are sold in Indonesia are ideas and imported products from the developed countries.

In fact, until now, USA and Australia are among the countries that still fight against obesity. You just find all the health publications about obesity in those countries, then you will be more convinced that obesity is a matter of life-style to each person. Or maybe we should ask, why is that famous singer like Madonna that with her income can buy expensive slimming drugs, is choosing to live healthy with diet and exercise. With higher drug dose, my success could be higher suppose I have been given higher drug dose, I will become slim faster.

Is it true? Ask at your self first, whether the beneficial effect of the drug is higher than its side effect? Find out first, how does the drug work on you? High dose of drug is not always guarantee you will become slim faster. Instead, ask how serious did you manage your diet and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Or ask yourself, are you ready to live healthier without the help of a high dose of the drug?

5 Habits that Threaten to Weight Gain

ideal bodyEvery person surely wants the ideal body shape. Uncontrolled body weight, the size of waist and belly often cause problems for the appearance. You may think that all this time you have done a healthy life. However, there are some habits which unconsciously add the layer of fat in the body.

1. Avoid eating schedule
This tactic is always become a boomerang to ourselves. You will eat very much when you were really hungry. As a result, the fat will accumulate in the body. Eat in small portions every three or four hours, will meet your needs without thicken the layer of fat in the body.

2. Avoid intake of protein
Most women avoid foods like meat, fish, and dairy products because they think that foods are full of calories and fat. But, remember, these foods are sources of protein that help increase your metabolism. These foods are will make us feel full and prevent the excessive food intake. Choose foods that has low calories and fat, like cheese or tuna (one sixth ounce of can fulfill a three-quarter of your daily protein needs).
