For short period, diet is indeed will lose your weight, but if you stop the diet then your weight will increase again. Eating strange foods to diet or reduce some types of food will not decrease your weight.

The important thing to do is to choose the food that has nutritional balanced according to the needs of your body so that calories that are eaten will be utilized optimally. Fiber is very important to keep the body healthy. Fiber that we eat everyday has function to help lowering the cholesterol and facilitate the emptying of the digestive tract. Fiber can also accelerate the sense of satiety, so it will naturally reduce the food portions that are not useful.
